If you were previously referred through Aberdeenshire Carer Service prior to 31/03/2024 and have received your welcome email, you do not need to complete this form.

This referral is open to registered Adult Carers of VSA Aberdeenshire Carers Service, it gives you access to various hotels across the UK for a 2 night stay, breakfast is usually included for 2 people (not including your cared for).

Please complete for referral to Carefree, they will then contact you directly with a welcome email and instructions for booking your break.  You may book 1 break per Calendar year, there is a £33 admin fee payable on booking.
